This was one of our favorite castles in England. As such we visited it...a lot. After several visits us kids would start to whine a little when our parents announced we were taking guests to Dover Castle. We went so many times it became a joke in our family, and to this day just mention the word "Dover" in my parent's home and you will hear a mixture of laughs, groans, and outbursts of the song "White Cliffs of Dover".
What a hard life we had as kids huh?
