April Gourmet Night, and we're talking about cheese themed here!

Gourmet night was at the Salazar abode in April!

Theme: Cheese.

We made a group cheese board, had completely new things (raclette anyone?), had some amazing classics (souffle, and an onion soup with cheese crouton), and some spiced up standards that I never get tired of (two kinds of cheesecake, hello!), etc. there are usually many courses of amazing dishes when we get together. It fulfills my desire to go out and buy expensive dinners ;)
Everything was extremely delicious, and how could it not be. This group of gourmets know their stuff.
