Can you sprain your nose?

I punched myself in the nose the other day while making our bed. Smack in the nose people! I was injured. Injured bad.
I never was a graceful child.

    So, if you look at this pic from far away, it looks like you are wearing a baseball cap sideways. Haha. And I am sorry about your nose. I hope it is ok.
